At BBR Services LP, our special expertise lies in the design, negotiation, implementation, administration and management of comprehensive employee-benefits programs. Because we interact daily with vendors in employee benefits, we are positioned as an excellent resource to evaluate regulatory issues, industry trends, product development, risk sharing and service providers — all critical components that stand to affect your employee-benefits program.

Our role is to partner. We work with your management to develop short- and long- range goals for your employee-benefits programs, then assist your human resources staff in program implementation.   • Working in partnership with management to establish short- and long-range objectives.

  • Reviewing all existing benefits arrangements, including utilization patterns, historical costs, demographics, plan design and funding options.

  • Identifying new opportunities including vendors, provider networks, cost containment and benefit offerings; assessing risk exposure.

  • Developing bid specifications for products and contracts; negotiating with, interviewing and recommending vendors for client selection; contract review.

  • Assisting staff with applications, enrollment and implementation of insurance products and service contracts.

  • Conducting quarterly management meetings to evaluate objectives and performance; plan design; administrative concerns; and regulatory or marketplace changes.

  • Plan document preparation, design enhancements, loan review and terminations.

  • Conducting annual discrimination tests; preparing actuarial valuations and certifications.

  • Preparing signature-ready 5500 forms, FASB reports and PBGC forms for our qualified plans clients.

  • Printing employee booklets for our qualified plans clients.
